Fire was filmed, background removed and then mirrored and slowed down in increments so as to preserve the form of the fire... this following clip is about half way through the process...
The colour of the flame was inverted and slowed yet more to over 10000% slower than the original form. The whole piece has also been reprocessed in a slightly altered way to produce a different result, with the aim to be able to stare into the fire as a meditation and muse.The piece was selected for Ars Electronica .Art domains gallery 2020 and has also been shown at a gallery space in Proposition Studios at The London Studios, Southbank as well as other locations.
