The bridge the girl is standing on is ficticious, based on one slightly further up the river on the Chelsea marina embankment. It is a walkway and has those lamps but faces the other way towards the river.

I used to love going for walks with my sketchbook on that part of the river Thames, something so magical and enchanting about it, the calm away from the busy city traffic, and the wildlife is amazing especially the birds.
