A PR launch event for a Catering company showcasing their new menu. The cuisines span across the length and breath of the Indian continent as well as some International cuisines.
Each cuisine was thoroughly researched in terms of origin, geography, ingredients and flavors. Accordingly, the presentation, platters & table settings were conceptualised. Props were created in different materials such as glass, metal and wood.
Flowers were carefully selected in terms of colours and origin to compliment and enhance the food display. For example, Red Anthuriums, Red Asiatic Lilies & Green Jade were used for the Oriental food section where as White tube roses and roses were used to showcase the Nawabi (Food of the Royals) cuisine.
An extensively detailed project with an elaborate research, planning, sourcing and execution process involving numerous mock ups.
