To clearly distinguish the McCarthy & Stone brand from competitors and promote two of their ‘platinum range’ retirement properties, we developed campaign concepts and messaging as well as a distinct identity for McCarthy & Stone’s Springhill House property. Our integrated campaigns were implemented across as print advertising, brochures, direct mail, event collateral, as well as email marketing.
