I have been a Creative Writer and Copywriter for 20 years, and a few other things.

Over the past nine years, I have dedicated my career to the Video Games Industry, initially starting at the ground level and swiftly advancing to managerial positions within a multinational company.

Beginning as a QA Project Coordinator, I led multicultural teams specializing in localization and compliance efforts, aiming to make video game universes more accessible to millions worldwide.
Transitioning into the role of Escalated Support/Technical Support Team Leader, I prioritized delivering first-class customer experiences alongside my teams to players globally.

In the last couple of years, I have expanded my career into Human Resources, where I could leverage my skills in communication, problem-solving, and team leadership to make a meaningful impact from a different angle. HR has allowed me to broaden my professional horizons and apply my expertise in a new and dynamic field.

Throughout this period, I maintained my freelance work as a Creative Copywriter and Translator. This enabled me to consistently draw upon my extensive two-decade career in Creative Advertising, shaping captivating content with every project.
