Sale used to follow the seasonal campaign direction both instore and online, this was costly as nothing could be used each season. To reduce annual costs we developed an LED lighting solution in collaboration with the Store Design Team. This was further developed into a digital solution using a graphics-based product-less animation of the store experience meaning regardless of sell-through, the graphics would still be relevant.
