About Sohee
I am a strategic design communicator with design skills proven to achieve commercial objectives. I have various experiences as a web UI/UX designer, with the role of project manager and design manager in E-Commerce. During that period, I worked in an online department store, cosmetics and fashion companies and the IT and multimedia industry as a creative and innovative problem solver.
- Creative and innovative solutions based on strategic thinking
The diversity experience of practical and strategic thinking generates creative and innovative solutions. Having identified a trend and issues in the market for interactive design of interest to leading potential customers, I developed up-to-date technological skills, offering them a number of services which were new to the market.
- Project management with analytical approach
I managed various projects, including branding guidelines for an entire shopping mall and the process of communicating with marketing staff, web developer and MD. We generated a hundred million Won (approx £54,000) profit a day by email marketing based on CRM data and trend research.
- Leadership and personal responsibility
As design manager, I was responsible for producing leading creative ideas, motivating people and using intuitive judgement for effective decisions. I also directed involvement in organizational system changes and improvements, such as work process, re-positioning of design for brand identity and new business items. Responsibility for the diversity of the e-commerce work required constant rapid response and recognising customer patterns, both intuitively and analytically.
