Brief was to supply various menus in foil but had to supply for each version : Vegan , non diary, non gluten, non, alcoholic etc for 30 different menus bespoke to each client.

We are able to personalise in foil, which is quite unique proposition in the UK with only a few machines in the UK able to do this.

Our client had come up with an idea to take Christmas parties during Covid to the staff, using their contact list of Blue chips they created party in a box which their clients bought and distributed to their staff.

This included cocktails and various food items so speed was off the essence.

With a high buy in by their clients we were about to produce approximately 30 clients menus which some had up to 7 versions all laminated and foiled in gold , from 1 copy to 70 copies per version usually multiple versions in under 24 hours.

Post completion I reviewed the specs and amount of foiling and how much it should have cost to produce using traditional die stamp foiling. the cost would have been over £30,000 thus cost prohibitive. We were able to produce the who range of menus including Print foiling and laminating for under £3,000.

We also use this method to produce personalised Invites in foil which give them a new level of quality which would otherwise be impossible to produce traditionally.
