To create the set of welcoming emails for Skype users, raising awareness of Skype's paid services.

Solution:
A playful collection of punchy emails.

What's the big deal?
I was brought into RAPP originally for a week, I ended up staying there for 6 months going on to do other work for them across their client list (and very nice it was too).
