RPM is a leading events, brand experience, experiential and shopper marketing agency based in West London delivering for some of the world’s biggest and best-loved, including Diageo, Sky, Heineken, Nestle, Cancer Research and M&S.

My role as Project Manager (Production) on the Sky at O2 Arena account involved looking after experiential campaign production and day-to-day management for Sky Studios & Sky Backstage bar at the O2 Arena.

Responsible for managing ongoing projects and work streams, taking the client briefs and requirements and leading them through the complete life cycle from conception to completion. Daily venue operational management of Sky Studios and Sky Backstage bar at O2 Arena- liaising and working closely with AEG Venue Management. Managing external suppliers, print production and full H&S procedures.
