Colt telecoms are an international communications provider, leading in technologies such as VoIP – Voice over Internet Protocol, Data Services such as Ethernet and Internet.

CHALLENGE

The challenge was to develop and deliver training for the VoIP Access Order Handling System to the Order Entry Team in India. The training had to be delivered from the UK and timed to match the shift patterns of the delegates and the local time in India.

SOLUTION

Working closely with the system architects, Sirenna was able to develop a two hour course that succinctly demonstrated the elements of the online ordering form. Using the web enabled seminar facility, NetMeeting, we were able to:

- Run three seminars a day
- Remotely demonstrate the functionality of the system.
