The architect Louis Kahn is a master of light and was inspired by ruins, DNA and primary geometry, Louis Kahn was one of the 20th century’s most influential architects, and this is a Artist book celebrating him.

Brief:

”Pick a artist of your choice and design a book that will speak the artists language”

Solution:

The book is focused on showing Kahns passions and beliefs in architecture, more so than giving you a history of his life. It´s divided in to three chapters - simplicity, shadows and light, and in each of these chapters his different buildings are on display in a simplistic and clean way, just like he´s building’s.
