Established in 2000, Lumon delivers exceptional customer service and competitive exchange rates. As a copywriter, I prepared and edited content across the business, including emails, market reports, blogs, social media, brochures, flyers and PPC. Furthermore, I helped the B2B Marketing Manager organise the Insurance Innovation Summit 2022 campaign by producing a 2023 whitepaper brochure, landing pages and emails. The campaign collected 30 leads, resulting in four meetings and two senior leadership introductions.

I kept all user guides for Partner and Corporate updated, ensuring FAQs accurately reflected customer queries. Finally, I liaised with freelancers to deliver newsworthy articles on currency movements, adhering to a tight publishing schedule.
