Background
- Founded by Salima, Real Life Events (RLE) is a holistic coaching programme designed to support personal growth and professional development.

- Capture new client contact details
Execution:
- I conducted a screener survey involving 40 participants.
- 6 Suitable candidates were then interviewed; the interviewees included four past clients, one person with coaching experience, and one individual with no prior coaching experience, providing diverse perspectives for a comprehensive analysis.
Research Methods included:
- Affinity mapping
- Creating personas
- Creating user stories
- Placing a problem statement
- Kano Model competitor analysis
Followed by the ideation stage which included:
- Branding and positioning
- Creating a design system
- Low-fidelity hand-drawn wireframing
- High-fidelity Figma wireframing
- Userflows
- Usability testing
Results:
- A functional high-fidelity website prototype was presented to stakeholders and colleagues.
- A deck was pitched containing a breakdown of the user research and ideation undertakings of the project, with a Q&A session held at the conclusion of the meeting.
In recent communication with the Founder, Salima, has informed me of ongoing discussions related to the realization of the prototype.
