With a proven track record in delivering against KPIs, I'm currently responsible for leading a client facing department with a turnover in excess of £1.5 million. I deliver strong customer service management and efficient implementation of the appropriate working practices. I would now like to hone my experience of operational change, project, account and people management in a challenging and varied role, maintaining a steep learning curve in diverse areas of business.I am a creative, professional, enthusiastic and versatile individual.
