Our branding for College Gardens, a collection of 14 architect-designed homes in the historic town of Rochford, Essex takes its cue from the site's former use as a school and community college. The logo mark subtly references both the traditional college emblem and the floral aspect of the gardens. All combined with an earthy, interior-inspired colour palette.

The design appears across all touch points, including signage, a marketing brochure and animated idents – and even a key ring for new home owners.
