ABOUT

The theme for the project Child's Play was based on sweets and cakes, combined with ideas around the story of Hansel and Gretel. Tin toys, robots, cars, trains and boats also inspired my design work. I also researched old looking cottages and Russian buildings to create my own fairy tale like fantasy land. I chose this theme as I liked the idea of creating children's interior pieces that relate directly to child play and imagination.
