ABOUT
A World In Motion® (AWIM) events are organized each year by SAE International bringing together teachers, students and industry volunteers to introduce students to the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. AWIM 2013 was at one of the most exciting destinations for Science in India, Bangalore. Students learned the concepts of friction, forces, jet propulsion and air resistance by constructing paper sail boats and balloon-powered toy cars.
CrimsonBlue designed the branding strategy and executed it for AWIM 2013 event with 'mobility', the principal aspect of the event as the branding theme. Wheel and wings helped signify different modes of transport and were reinforced across the collateral repeatedly. Bright colors were used to communicate with students, who are the main audience for the event and to bring in much energy into the event venue. The typography style helped balance it for the corporate audiences. All in all, AWIM event saw a new energy and vibrance much to the satisfaction of the team
