ABOUT
A research video from AI25.Studio testing a storyboard-anchored workflow for Seedance 2.0 — using hand-drawn shot sketches as visual anchors at the prompt level, rather than relying on static AI stills or generation-time guesswork.
Workflow stack for this test:
— Pre-planned location plate — Full character casting (locked references) — Hero vehicles — Storyboard sketches as per-shot visual anchors — Multi-shot prompt structure with frame-accurate timing — Final video assembled directly from Seedance 2.0 outputs
What we're testing:
How far storyboard-anchored prompting can push directorial control inside generative video — replacing trial-and-error with a planned, frame-by-frame pipeline. The goal isn't to generate something interesting. The goal is to deliver exactly what was sketched, at every shot.
Idea → casting → sketches → prompt → Seedance 2.0 → final video.
This is part of an ongoing R&D series at AI25.Studio, where we test and refine production workflows for cinematic AI video — focused on tighter creative control, faster turnarounds and predictable, repeatable output.
