We were asked to work with The Crown Estate to create a package of materials to promote the property division, and to welcome tenants to their new homes and commercial premises. Windsor Great Park is a truly magnificent Royal location, so iconic imagery of historic locations and fabulous flower displays was essential. Simplicity and grandeur were the main concept drivers, with everything executed to the newly-developed brand guidelines.

The formal paperwork was presented in large-format folders with custom-designed page dividers, and bespoke paperclips to give that all-important finishing touch for such a prestigious brand. This most stunning visual package was all wrapped up with a delicious hamper from the Windsor Farm shop, tied in branded raffia with a personalised label. It’s all about the detail.

We created property lettings boards, individual property sales templates and information binders, followed by a welcome pack. For this, we proposed various ideas before agreeing on a bespoke design containing a personalised greeting card in a hand-written envelope, postcards with images of the Park for use as moving cards by the new tenants, a complimentary entry ticket for The Savill Garden, plus an information leaflet on the local areas, education and transport.
