I have six years of experience working in a L&D role within the HR department. The role primarily consisted of planning, coordination and administration. This included liaising with the clients, customers, vendors and the business. In addition, I have worked on multiple projects at department and business levels, working on the data extracting, analyzing & reporting. I am certified a Prince2 practitioner. Also, I have experience working under the Lean Six sigma methodology.
