I am currently an executive director of strategy and creative at a digital agency looking for
my next full-time opportunity.
Being a strategic creative leader I have a proven record of developing marketing solutions
for some of the world's most recognized brands.
Since Parsons School of Design till now, I have used design thinking as a common thread in
all I do, which allows me to navigate towards the innovative solutions creatively.
User-centric solutions come from the ability to be open-minded and entertain multiple
perspectives. I'm well versed in traditional brand advertising and digital transformation of
brands as well as solving wicked problems.
With consultancy experience I evolved into a hybrid of sorts. I'm capable of building and
managing departments, project management, change management, developing business
strategies and analysis, marketing ideas, formulate brand strategies for marketing
campaigns and inspire innovation, create design thinking workshops, change facilitation,
builder of bridges across silos, concept digital transformation that can add value to brands
and create brand advocates, transcend the norm with both story telling and story-doing
campaigns. I also build and manage business relationships and client pitches, mentor teams
to successful outcomes, project manage (digital and non-digital) and develop strategies for
brands and innovation models in order to future proof businesses. In order to do that you
need business/system model analysis and a phased in approach to change via change
management. Solving and understanding what the pain points are from all aspects and
shifting cultures through behavioral change (corporate/brand) in order to make the model
more relevant.
Specialties: managing teams, analyzing business structures, setting up teams - hiring,
mentoring, setting up projects, processes, system design, and managing multi-regional
teams, last but not least, creating wonderful brand campaign experiences. I can guide
teams regionally to successful advertising ideas that communicate with the customer on a
wide variety of touch points, adding value for both the brand and the especially the
customer.
