About me

I have over 20 years' experience in presentation graphics. Throughout that time, I have both served as both an operator and a workflow co-ordinator. I have been given many responsibilities within my roles and have taken these all on with great enthusiasm, always wanting to ensure that the department runs smoothly and that the clients (bankers, from director level to interns) are happy with the service that they were provided with and that the presentations returned to them were of the highest possible standard. With this in mind, in my current role I have been doing quality assurance on jobs returned to the client, both from the offshore team working in India and the onshore team in the London office. I also had responsibility for ensuring that all the departmental metrics were corrected, to enable them to be supplied to the client on a weekly basis.

Unfortunately, I have just been made redundant as the shift I was doing has now been made obsolete and they are handing this over to the NY office.

On a technical level, my last agency test results were: Overall Technical score: 91%, Accuracy score: 92%, Overall Powerpoint score - 97%, Overall Word score - 92% and Overall Excel score - 100%. My proofreading is highly attuned, probably due to the vast amount of checking that has to take place in such a busy department.
