I am writing this letter to declare my interest in the position of Senior Art Director. With over 10 years of experience in building brands through photography in Advertisement, Marketing, Digital, Women's & Men's Fashion, & E-Commerce in an in-house studio environment. I am confident that I have the right skillset, professionalism & creative mind to fulfil & excel in the role.
I moved to London from New York via Tel-Aviv in March 2020 after securing my Tier 1 Exceptional Promise Visa, I am keen to demonstrate my drive, talent & ability to yourself & succeed in developing both myself & the role, to push your business forward in the future. I see my long-term future here in London & I am keen to get started in the industry, in a full-time position, as soon as possible.
I started my career in New York in 2012 following graduating from Parsons the New School of Design with a BFA in Photography. I have worked with numerous companies as a Senior Art Director and have a wide range of experience in mass global advertising that works across TV, print, digital & social. While working on the project, I directed & contributed creative print, photographic, typography & illustrative design ideas. I excelled at delivering projects at speed as well as dealing with ambiguity & briefs that evolve with changing business needs. I left my final full- time position in August 2019 as the Senior Art Director & Senior Photography for the international Jewellery Company, Magnolia Jewellery, based in Tel-Aviv, where I ran the in-house studio for the largest costume jewellery company in the country. I managed both on- figure & still-life shoots that became both online features & global advertisements.
My experiences working with numerous companies has enabled me to work across the European, American & Middle Eastern markets, & understand the clientele in each region & how to optimise the advertising & marketing of products that suit the target audience. I feel I can offer a lot to the position & would be able to hit the ground running subject to my application being successful.
Prior to moving into this industry, I held positions within the military which have benefitted my career in terms of my punctuality, mentality to succeed, & leadership.
