I am a methodical and organized worker who brings an analytical, systematic approach to all facets of life.I am a dependable, responsible individual and modest in my behaviour. I am very detail-orientated and enjoy precision and accuracy, which makes me thorough and meticulous therefore I can be approached for verification and confirmation, as my keen eye for detail can be trusted.
I am a levelheaded communicator who makes sure that whatever is being discussed is precise and accurate. My role in a team is that of quality control.
My strengths lie in technical areas. I am well spoken and witty, and have a good understanding of other people's problems. Above all, I am a great problem solver, providing clear analysis to complex issues.
My weaknesses are that I tend to be too much of a perfectionist, which can lead me to be observed as reserved, overly critical, or timid.
If given a leadership role I may be a difficult and hard-to-please boss, though, due to my nature I raise the quality standard. I expect first class, error-free work. My tolerance for mistakes is very low; therefore, I can be seen as a rather pedantic boss. However, most of the time I know how to put humour into my criticism, which makes me humane and approachable.
My reasons for being a great team-player or leader is - beyond doubt - my precision, my endurance, as well as my reasonable approach on things.
