Project overview:
Quartermile is a Foster + Partners designed cosmopolitan mix of luxury apartments, vibrant cafés and thriving businesses in a prime Edinburgh city centre location. Quartermile One is first of the three office buildings with space already let to forward-thinking companies such as Investec and Skyscanner. After an extensive refurbishment of the building, a brand and campaign needed to be created to promote the remaining available space.

Solution:
Being a quarter of a mile from the castle and the exchange district, right next to one of the city’s biggest parks and in the midst of a huge residential and business regeneration hub – the opportunity to placemake this building and surrounding area centred around the idea of ‘Your everything quarter’. With it’s wealth of opportunities for business and leisure, it really has a bit of everything. Together with the existing Q1 brandmark, an exciting proposition and visuals really helped to sell the building and associated lifestyle.
