The Shiftscreen is a monitor that allows you to seamlessly switch between your laptop, to a bigger and better workstation. I designed this monitor to fit the new generation's needs. Generation Z love experiences that are simple, efficient, and easy to use. The idea of plug-and-play is one that is cherished. The purpose of the monitor is to provide a better viewing and usability experience to a laptop user once he arrives home. The user simply places his/her laptop into the monitor, by rotating the screen, and finds the connection port at the bottom where it can sit comfortably and safely.
While the laptop is placed inside, the Shiiftscreen will upgrade its capabilities, through internal components, but it will also charge the laptop. Components that upgrade the performance include a graphics card, additional RAM, and data memory.
