ABOUT
I had the pleasure of creating the branding for Doronina Group LTD, a private company based in Cyprus that combines several diverse projects. The company’s primary focus is a concierge agency, but it also engages in real estate and offers exclusive wine tours. The challenge was to develop a stylish, strict, and unique logo that reflects the variety of activities and looks beautiful on business cards, letterheads, and invoices.
Here's how I approached the project:
1. Understanding the Client’s Needs: I began by holding detailed discussions with the client to understand their vision, values, and the diverse nature of their business. It was crucial to grasp how each of their services – concierge, real estate, and wine tours – played a role in their overall brand identity.
2. Research and Analysis: I conducted thorough research into each of the industries Doronina Group LTD operates in, as well as their competitors. This included analyzing various logo styles, design elements, and color schemes that are prevalent in the luxury, real estate, and travel sectors. I aimed to find common threads that could be woven together into a cohesive design.
3. Concept Development: Based on my research, I developed several concepts that could represent the multifaceted nature of Doronina Group LTD. Each concept aimed to balance elegance and strictness, ensuring the logo would be both stylish and professional.
4. Custom Font Creation: To ensure the logo's uniqueness, I designed a custom font from scratch. This bespoke typography not only enhanced the logo's exclusivity but also provided a distinctive and cohesive look that aligned perfectly with the brand’s identity.
5. Logo Design: The final logo design process involved creating a symbol that is both versatile and unique. I incorporated elements that subtly hinted at the company’s diverse services. The design needed to be sophisticated and clean, ensuring it would look impeccable on various mediums, from business cards to official documents.
6. Dual Versions of the Logo: Recognizing the need for versatility across various mediums, I created two versions of the logo. One version is optimized for use on smaller formats like business cards and letterheads, while the other is designed for larger formats such as invoices and digital media. This ensures the logo maintains its integrity and visual appeal regardless of where it is used.
7. Visual Identity: Beyond the logo, I developed a comprehensive visual identity that included guidelines for using the logo on different platforms. This encompassed color schemes, typography, and layout recommendations to ensure consistency across all brand materials.
