Real estate offers are not only made seeking to fulfill people's dreams of life.
These must also contribute positively to the development of society, seeking integration and sustainability with the natural environment.
In pursuit of these precepts, we discovered steps from the San Salvador metropolitan area a responsible urban project with the environment, which needed to endorse its postulates before the authorities, in order to develop there a dream space where to live in perfect balance with nature.

OBJECTIVE
Seeking to empathize with the authorities responsible for the protection of the environment in El Salvador, we were summoned by a local architecture studio to produce an inspiring video that fully transmitted the postulates of their real estate project.

OUTCOME
The result was a sensitive audiovisual piece that not only managed to convey the key technical aspects of the project, but also express the human reasons that positioned Suarez Consolidated as the right developer to carry out this real estate venture.
Comprehensive creative advice as a producer helped us identify the most appropriate language to express a responsible message with care for the environment.
