To Whom It May Concern,

Having recently been laid-off by Ross-Simons, I am looking for a Manager of e-Commerce Content /Sr. Copywriter position. I have enclosed my resume for your consideration.

I feel my previous work experience makes me an excellent candidate for any copywriter position. I have spent many years in the writing field and have capitalized on my ability to undertake a wide array of projects, work productively under tight deadlines, learn quickly, and find effective solutions to problems.

My writing is diverse and required some degree of research and learning - some considerably more than others - before creating content that was not only informative and engaging, but more importantly, accurate.

I created and maintained the copy for these sites, including by not limited to, original and updated site copy, newsletters, blog articles, buyers' guides, marketing campaigns datapasses, emails and enrollments. I also worked on a variety of new Internet site designs; from wireframes, a style guide and the creation of the Product Definition, to making sure the content is legally compliant.
