Concept

WEConnect International is an international networking group for 51% majority women owned businesses and corporate members. WEConnect brings the two together through events with the express opportunity to work together. Sentio Marketing worked with the European Director to create a powerful and informative conference brochure for the 2016 conference at the IBM offices in London.

We tasked with creating an eye catching, informative and well produced brochure for the conference and beyond to promote WEConnect to corporate members and new SMEs. The brochure has adverse from all the members and attendee list.

Execution

Sentio suggested changing the size from A4 to 201 x 210mm we provided FREE dummies to the director and she signed off the look and feel. We also suggested having a pocket in the back cover to put the attendee list in. Once we had the format we set to work very quickly creating the graphic design in high res and low res for web. The final artwork was submitted to print and we had a dedicated team to look after the project.

The brochures were PUR bound and printed in an Indigo digital press. The covers were soft touch laminated creating the "velvet feel" to the covers. All delivered on time to IBM offices in London

Results

The brochures were handed out all the attendees from the corporate members to the SMEs and speakers. They were well received and were used extensively for note taking and information sharing.
