A young woman embarks on a lonely journey through her own thoughts. Guided by a beautifully narrated spoken word, we follow as she dives into her paranoia and battles her self doubt.

Songbird is a poetic short film created for the charity Scarabeus' programme Take Flight. Take Flight helps young people in London, UK improve their mental and physical health through a year long programme in aerial dance.
