I took part in the 2016 RSA student design awards.
I chose the brief Mind your money. The brief asked
participants to propose a new medium for people to
improve their financial capability and manage their
money better.
My solution was to design an app that has the
capability to manage, track and limit the funds of the
user. SmartCard replaces the users existing bank card
and can be linked to any bank account.
The SmartCard can be controlled by any smartphone
or tablet. From the app the user can monitor their
expenses as well as limit the daily, weekly and
monthly amounts within a wide variety of easy to
manage categories.
