Illustration and patterns inspired by the Pelicans at St. James’s Park in London. Near the lake, you can see them waddling around the park, sunning themselves, being fed fresh fish, and pushing tourists off of the park benches!

They were first introduced there in 1664. The current birds are Isla, Tiffany, Gargi, Sun, Moon and Star. They are Great White Pelicans, but in Spring they are tinged a blush pink color. This is from changes in diet and also indicates when they are in breeding season.
