I am passionate about all areas of print and design, and providing excellent customer service and building relationships with stakeholders / clients. Having many years' experience in all areas of print buying, senior production, vendor and account management in the financial, commercial and retail market places. Not only am I a qualified printer. I have worked in account management, production and sales, selling and dealing with some of the top London financial institutions, advertising agencies and retailers. I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and MIS operating systems, job trafficking, account and supplier management and all aspects of print and print management. I currently have a large bank of approved print suppliers from all fields of the industry nationwide that I would be happy to recommend. Having worked for various printers over the years I have a very good technical knowledge of the various printing formats, Litho (Sheet & Web ), Point Of Sale, Direct Mail, and both Large and Small format Digital work. Intern producing large amounts of work for the retail, financial and commercial market places. I am fully aware of the high standards of quality and service clients demand from their suppliers. I also know how important their various corporate brand Identities, corporate guidelines and colour management are, so with my knowledge of colour management I know what can and can't be achieved on different printing formats and sub straights, also the relevant compliance checks that need to be put in place. I have good line management skills having worked with and managed large groups of staff, at various different companies over the years, up to board room level. Therefore I feel that I know how to get the best out of a team or individual. I am a good team player but can also work as an individual, I am good under pressure, and used to working in a fast paced environment and can work to tight deadlines and budgets. I feel that I have very good negotiation skills and ability, as well as knowing how to workout profit and loss, income and expenditure accounts, volume discounts and rebate structures, to maximize the company's profit margins. I know that I could save your Company time and money on their current production, management and print spend, and also provide excellent customer service, using the knowledge that I have gained over my years in the financial and retail printing industry. I am a driven person who likes to get things right first time, I don't like to leave things unfinished but prefer to clear up matters on the day, I am a very reliable, approachable, diplomatic and ambitious person who wants to achieve, and I am confident in my own ability.
