I ran social media for a flatsharing platform called Weroom where I was tasked in growing the following across Twitter and Facebook. I grew this via interactions on Twitter and creating conversation, whilst also putting forward ideas and executing them. For example, in order to gain a heightened response from social media, I ran a round-up blog post of flatsharing tweets of the week which I would post mentioning the selected few. This would often get a great reaction from the people involved leading to increased interactions and engagements. I curated numerous social content such as videos and photos to draw in an audience daily. I also headed and managed social media competitions which encouraged engagement to enter. I also gained a retweet from Gordon Ramsay which opened the company up to his 2.74 million followers.
