Galvin HOP recently rebranded from Galvin Cafe a Vin changing their menu to a more casual dining affair. They required photography of their new menu for their website and social media. They want to pictures to be casual, not too contrived and suitable to create a square crop for Instagram sharing. in addition the pictures were to look different to each other so they didn't look like they were all shot on the same day. I used studio flash heads with soft boxes to create a natural looking set in a dark restaurant environment.
