I believe your open position for a Junior Digital Designer would be an excellent opportunity for me to demonstrate my skills and abilities.

Attached to this cover letter is my CV detailing my background and knowledge that would compliment this role, what it doesn't show is a deeper look at my history and why I would love to get involved within this role.

I've always enjoyed designing things through my life and I started to really learn and utilise the tools to bring my own ideas to fruition when I entered university to complete my Game Design degree. I now have a large range of knowledge within 3D art and Graphic Design.

Through the past year I have been working as a Graphic Designer and Technical Support Agent at the well-known broadband providing company Virgin Media. During my time here I have worked on a monthly newsletter within a team for the company as well as redesigning the performance boards throughout the work environment. I've exceeded my performance targets and received excellent feedback from my manager. While conducting this role, I've developed a higher level of design, communication, problem solving and IT skills, tailoring applicable solutions to meet a clients requirements.

Recently I took a trip to Paris, visiting well-known locations such as the Centre Pompidou and the Notre Dame which really did solidify that the creative career path was one I wanted for life. Through my experiences I have developed a strong understanding of the design process and have enjoyed my time within this field thus far.
