Following the success of Remarkable Tours in conjunction with airbnb I sought out a partnership with Scholastic for the rights to Horrible Histories to use as a walking tour around London. I was awarded a £17,000 grant to see this project through as a research opportunity for airbnb to tap into the education market. We used these finances to have as much of a social impact as possible by taking over 1000 children from low income backgrounds (including the children of Grenfell) for free on the tour and with all the financial profits going to our charity work in rural Kenya and Sierra Leone with Mothers and Children.
