These portraits show the artistes of Drag Syndrome - a group of Drag performers and a Drag King, from the UK, who all have Down Syndrome. They are a pioneering group of artistes breaking boundaries of gender, sexuality, disability and performance.

Included in these portraits is Lady Francesca. Lady Francesca is the worlds first black drag queen with Down Syndrome.
