Dear Sirs,
I wish to apply for the role of UX Researcher.
I am a Data Analyst with extensive experience in psychometrics and medical data analysis including the collection, collation, analysis and presentation of a wide range of university researching, educational performance and census information.
I believe that my solid academic background in Psychometrics, Social Researching, Medical Statistics and Econometrics make me a suitable candidate for this role.
As a certified SPSS analyst with strong problem solving skills and a dynamic methodical approach to statistical challenges I will make a positive contribution if given the opportunity to work as UX Researcher.
I also have experience in applied statistics in the field of Health, Psychology, Education and Anthropology, Primary Care and Public Health Sciences, and I am an advanced user of MS Access, and I also am familiar with HTML, Flash and Javascript. As well I have a good knowledge and experience on Google Analytics.
My professional passions include working on clinical trials and analysing clinical studies. My scientific interests are focused on the methodical and practical challenges of evidence synthesis.
Generally, I believe that I have a very good and proven experience, for more than 12 years of leading research studies.
Publications record includes presentations at conferences, conducting health services research as well in clinical trials, systematic reviews and complex analyses. I am very experienced in developing research proposals and their submission to funding bodies and gaining funding, advising or consultancy, reviewing research, identifying issues and giving detailed subject matter feedback. I am a self-starter who is equally capable of working independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams. I have taught statistics to students with no statistical background.
In addition to this, through my role as a scientific director of an established company of statistical analyses, I prepared cost-benefit studies on health issues such as new methods of psychiatric approach or experimental medications.
My qualifications and experience have enabled me to succeed at every new challenge with academic and research interest. My love for this objective and my enthusiasm, coupled with my academic background and work experience, will prove my undeniable ability to fit perfectly in this role.
