At the start of this year, we finished a three-film project with the Weetabix team, centred around helping the nation achieve their goals through, movement, motivation, and the power of daily habits.

We began the project by filming with Leah Williamson and the Goal Diggers, a grassroots all-female football team. Through them, we saw first-hand the positivity and strong sense of community that team sports can create, and how that support helps people work towards and achieve their goals.

Next, we filmed with the incredible Jessica Ennis, focusing on how small changes to your morning routine can make a big difference, helping the whole family stay motivated, energised, and ready to achieve more throughout the day.

We wrapped the series with a final film inspired by the mindset and discipline of one of their all-star ambassadors, Sir Mo Farah. It explores how small, consistent routines, from the first step of a run to the first bite of breakfast, lay the foundations for long-term performance.
