I am Sarah Zacharia, an experienced product management professional, with 12 years of experience in eCommerce/ digital/ web applications and SAAS in both B2C and B2B business models. My product management experience spans multiple countries such as the UK (5 years), Australia (1 year) and India (6 years). I have also worked in start-ups, SMBs, large national and international companies. I have worked 5 years in travel/ hospitality industry, 3 years in financial services sector, 2 years in entertainment/ cinema industry and 2 years in IT services sector.
I have owned the vision and strategy of products and have been accountable for the overall success of the products that I work for, specifically the business and customer metrics.
I have experience working in an agile methodology, using Google's design sprint (user centred design methodology) framework and have lead cross functional teams to successfully deliver product initiatives to customers. I have significant experience in both strategic/ commercial/ business side of product management, as well as, operational/ implementation side of product lifecycle. I have driven products from conception to launch, post launch, evaluate & measure stages.
