I'm a content strategist and copywriter based in South Oxfordshire in the UK, and I provide content to companies and agencies, where I've created style guidelines, customer personas and copyedited corporate presentations. I collaborate with agencies to provide the copywriting element of website projects, and have provided keyword research and SEO copywriting for small to medium business websites in conjunction with a site redesign. I've worked on strategy and market research, and I write content for on and offline purposes, including blog posts, case studies, press releases, marketing collateral, sales battlecards, campaign content and email newsletters.
I have over twenty years' experience working in an online environment, where I've been involved in running the web front end of several major organisations such as Dell, T-Mobile and Vodafone, and have years of experience in dealing with and understanding the needs of senior stakeholders. I have very solid ecommerce experience and understand the commercial drivers behind running large-scale B2C and B2B operations.
