About me
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I wish to apply for the position of Production Assistant at Design Studio People as currently advertised via CreativePool. I feel suitably qualified for the position and desire the possibility of progression within an industry I feel extremely passionate and interested as well as to build upon my existing and highly relevant skills I have alredy attained.
Throughout my employment opportunities and learning experiences, I have strongly believed in remaining open minded to new and exciting opportunities and have been extremely grateful in achieving a number of my goals. In 2010, I successfully completed my education and graduated from the University of Chichester with a 2:1 degree in Media Studies, balancing this with a part-time job without any impact on my performance. As stated on my CV, I have enjoyed varied environments, with previous experience in publishing/ media/ administration and assistant duties. I am a conscientious, hard working and highly motivated individual who enjoys facing new challenges and am eager to continue to learn new skills. I am an excellent communicator, able to work efficiently under pressure and ability to work within a team environment.
For the past five years, I have funded my studies by working for the high street fashion store H&M. As a sales assistant in a fast-moving and motivated environment, I have held responsibility for visual merchandising and a passion for selling products. Through my vocational placements, I have gained solid experience in administration, event planning, developing creative ideas and small publicity projects in which I believe I have a have a passion and drive for. I am able to work under pressure, with enthusiasm when taking on multiple tasks and believe in working to the best of my ability.
I hope, on consideration of my CV, you will be aware of my commitment and potential to make a real contribution as a member of your team. I have excellent references and am available for an interview at a date of your convenience. In the meantime, I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Sarah Payne.
