About me

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am currently finishing my final year as a student in Animation at the University of the West of England, and I would like to be considered for your Production Co-Ordinator position. I have been nurturing a keen interest in the Production Management side of Animation throughout my studies, and have actively been shaping my existing knowledge of Producing for Animation.

During my time in the Animation Course, I have developed skills both in creation and management of Animation Productions that are directly applicable to this work. Academically I have covered the pre-production, production and post production processes for Animation. Alongside these, I have been studying Project Management and have sought out mentoring to extend my experience and skills. I have recently shadowed a Producer at Ludorum. I have also been an active part of the Animation Departments external event co-ordination, including the Degree Show and the upcoming 'Bristol School of Animation Awards'.

I've had the pleasure of living and studying in Bristol, where I have deepened my knowledge of the Animation Industry and have established a contact base of Animation Professionals in the Production Areas.

It is my belief that I could contribute effectively as a member of your team, while in turn it would allow me to pursue my interests and future career aspirations. I consider this job an ideal opportunity to obtain hands-on experience.
