Then nearly ten more freelancing. I loved both. But I also saw the cracks. Talented people burning out. Clients overwhelmed by rigid processes. Big ideas getting diluted by layers of approval and politics. So I built something different. Not to rebel — but to offer another way.

There’s been a lot of talk lately about the “anti-agency” model. But that’s not how I see Nosolo. We’re not against agencies. In fact, I work with them — often. Nosolo isn’t a rejection of the industry. It’s an evolution of it. Some clients don’t need a big team or a long onboarding process — they need help now.
Some agencies just need a boost — a fresh pair of eyes for a pitch, or extra brainpower to unblock a project. Nosolo is a creative extension, custom-built for each challenge. No middle layers. No overhead. Just talented, motivated people who get things done — and enjoy doing it.

My role isn’t to control everything. It’s to connect the right minds, create clarity, and protect the energy of the work. That’s what creative leadership looks like to me today.
