I have been working in a freelance capacity at the Financial Ombudsman for about two years producing internal comms literature and their newsletter but the annual review has been the main piece of work. This years' FOS annual review was designed over a period of 4 months. Working closely with the in-house editors I developed the review ensuring the brand was strictly adhered to, but also developing the design to be tighter and a more accessible piece of communication. I think steam actually came out of the mac to get this 144 page monster finished on time!
