- Management of 15+ member internal creative team and large number of freelancers for both US and UK offices. Responsible for mentoring, resourcing, hiring, briefing and reviewing
- Key participant in senior management meetings, including team wellbeing, planning, and forecasting. Reporting to group president and company directives
- Responsible for creative output, project budgeting, planning, timeline creation and resourcing for most creative/digital projects for 4 branches
- Key conceptualiser and primary creative lead of progressive and innovative new business pitches, event branding, digital projects and integrated campaigns for major pharmaceutical companies such as BI Lilly, Bayer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Bayer and Teva amongst others
