I designed Duracell eco-packaging in my final year of university, with a unique structure and graphics that assist consumers with battery disposal. This project really focused on the customers’ user experience with battery packaging. I conducted interviews with a sample of the general public to identify problems with existing packaging. I found that information on battery disposal was not very intuitive; therefore, I designed the packaging with an easy to follow, step by step guide made up of engaging and simple graphics.
